Very poor
Unfortunately This app is far worst than the content that provides. Technically is very poor and is always crashing. It doesnt even allow you to collect the chapters you buy. I sent an email a year ago and Im still waiting for an answer.

Great people, horrible to download
Easy to order on the iPad, but once the purchase is complete it is impossible to download. It says there is no internet connection ( one minute after the purchase on the internet), or the play arrow just doesnt work.

App needs to work offline
Thanks for making an app so that I can download your programs directly to my phone while Im on the go. I was excited to listen to a new program on my flight today, and had it downloaded in the app and ready to go. But then learned in-flight that an Internet connection is required to log in in order to actually access downloads. Thats not practical or logical!

Content is great - App needs work
1st - the Uncommon Knowledge mp3s are really great. I have MP3s from nearly everyone selling hypnosis MP3s - and these have rapidly become my favorites - because they work - and surprisingly quickly with a HUGE shout out to Roger Elliot because no matter how stressed out I am - his voice always settles me down, allowing me to center, relax and get to sleep. I chalk the efficacy of the scripts and the relative speed with which I respond to them - to the fact so much work is put on script content by 4 different people - allowing for a final product better than nearly anything else I have tried before. 2nd - if the MP3s are a 5 this app is maybe a 2. It looks pretty but it has issues. A). Playlists dont work. And they havent been fixed yet. I raised this with the developer and got a - know issue reply. By dont work - the MP3 will not automatically advance to the next recording when the one you engaged in your playlist is finished. Hence - playlists are POINTLESS because all you can really play is the one you pressed play on manually. If I am using before bed - this defeats the purpose - as I dont want to wake up enough to go unlock my iPhone, move to the next session and hit play on that as well. The goal is to stay relaxed and drift off at some point - which waking up every 20 plus minutes to fast forward and but play completely defeats. B). I like to play the recordings during the day - and my office is in a part of a building with no signal. I basically move it ahead past the induction part - and just listen to the content part of the script on low while I work to reinforce whatever I am work on that day. The Ap makes this hard. Yes you can do it - eventually - but the first several times it tries repeatedly to hit the server (which it isnt going to get to) and then locks up - rather than just going - "Right then, lets just operate like an offline module." Every other hypnosis app I have allows for this with FAR less hassle and freezing up than this app allows. I am going to try to figure out how to get my MP3s ported to ITunes because the playlist issue basically renders this app useless to me - which stinks as the content of the sessions is the best I have. I hope Uncommon Knowledge gives this a proper overhaul.
